šOccupy a unique position in the market, as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our Lead Data Engineering team. You'll be essential in ensuring the reliability and robustness of the data pipelines that power our sales and marketing efforts. Your work will directly impact the quality of leads we generate, contributing significantly to our business growth. šTest Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with data engineers to develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for our data pipelines. šTest Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to validate data accuracy, integrity, and performance. šTest Execution: Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report defects, ensuring thorough coverage of test cases. šPerformance and Load Testing: Conduct performance and load testing to ensure data pipelines can handle expected and peak data volumes. šContinuous Integration and Deployment: Integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipeline to provide rapid feedback on code quality and prevent regressions šCollaboration: Work closely with data engineers to understand pipeline architecture and identify potential areas of risk. šTooling and Innovation Evaluate and implement new testing tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
What will help you success
š3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing or a related field, with a focus on data pipelines or backend systems šProficiency in the Python programming language. šExperience with Tealium šExperience with test automation frameworks and tools. šUnderstanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data validation techniques. šFamiliarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
