Job Summary
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
📍Work with a Market Operations team providing front line support to Coinbase Exchange, Coinbase Derivatives (CDE) and Coinbase International (INTX) exchanges during EMEA working hours 📍Respond to client inquiries relating but not limited to exchange functionality, market events, business technology, product specifications, and connectivity 📍Partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to balance business growth with acceptable service standards and operational risk
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
📍BA/BS in Information Systems, Economics, Finance or a technical field with documented industry experience 📍5+ years of experience working with financial markets or in a technical operations/support role 📍Advanced troubleshooting skills and an ability to articulate difficult and complex problems and solutions to a broad range of audiences 📍Excellent analytic and organisational skills; not limited to questioning, call control, professionalism, and multitasking 📍Experience with different channels of support including voice, e-mail and/or chat. 📍Adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth, fast paced, remote first organisation 📍In depth knowledge of futures, options, and digital assets
