You Will:

📍Define and implement the Developer Success strategy for the organization, including education, resources, outreach, community development, and feedback. 📍Assist customers with the design and implementation of their cross chain applications using the Polymer protocol. 📍Write tutorials and document case studies on various use cases of the Polymer protocol. 📍You will own and manage our developer documentation site. 📍Represent the voice of the developer for our engineering team, serving as a critical channel for feedback into the product. 📍Serve as the key intermediary between Polymer Labs' development team and the external developer ecosystem. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to align Developer Success initiatives with broader company objectives. 📍Manage high-level inbound and outbound communications with the developer community, directing technical inquiries to appropriate team members as needed. 📍Curate and coordinate developer-focused events, ensuring the content is aligned with the technical roadmap, meaningful, and enriching. 📍Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and community leaders. 📍Provide regular updates to senior leadership on Developer Success performance metrics and activities.

What You Will Achieve:

📍In the first month, you will build a deep understanding of Polymer Lab’s core protocol and the broader IBC ecosystem. You will set up relationships with the team members you’ll be interacting with most. You will have time to learn about the space, our customer’s needs, and the underlying technology. 📍Within two months, you will be fully integrated into the team and establish the strategy to position Polymer and IBC as the leading interoperability solutions in the Ethereum ecosystem. Success looks like sustainable growth and scaling the adoption of Polymer’s stack.
