Job Summary
What you'll do:
📍Being a technical counterpart to BD for growth opportunities. Support customer calls and meetings with bd on an ongoing basis. 📍Working with BD to qualify new opportunities from a technical perspective, and helping to decide which opportunities it makes sense to invest time into. 📍Responsible for scoping new projects and creating new technical project proposals. 📍Understanding customer challenges and goals and mapping their needs to company capabilities and solutions, ensuring alignment with customer roadmaps and plans. 📍Developing new project backlogs in existing long term accounts. 📍Developing deep understanding of MSL domain expertise and capabilities in Web3 and AI 📍Networking and engaging with customer stakeholders to unearth challenges and opportunities. 📍Brainstorming, ideating, pitching and proposing engineering projects and initiatives that address customer challenges, including things that they aren’t specifically asking for or thinking of. 📍Challenging customer requirements and assumptions when appropriate, suggesting creative alternatives when necessary 📍Working closely with engineering services and business operations teams to make sure proposed projects are viable, priced correctly, and can be executed successfully. 📍Establishing Solutions Architecture best practices for Moonsong Labs.
What you'll bring:
📍Technical background and experience engaging with customers to understand needs and propose new technical projects, initiatives, and solutions. 📍Experience in customer facing roles, networking, willingness to travel. 📍Knowledge of Web3 infrastructure. 📍Knowledge of Ethereum and L2s. 📍Relevant experience including as Software Engineer, Technical Product Manager, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or other technical roles. 📍Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate opportunities from a technical and risk perspective. 📍Good writing skills with an ability to present and explain complex concepts and issues in a clear and accessible way. 📍Experience interacting with and presenting to executive and technical customer stakeholders. 📍Good attention to detail while working well under pressure. 📍Technical Undergraduate or Masters Degree. 📍5-10 years relevant experience.
