Job Summary
What you'll do
šCollaborate with the account manager or sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored Coins.ph solutions. šConduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions for prospective customers. šTranslate complex technical concepts into clear business-value propositions. šGather and relay customer feedback to the product team to help shape product enhancements. šPrepare technical documentation, integration guides, and solution architecture diagrams for clients. šAssist in drafting proposals, responses to RFPs, and solution overviews. šStay up to date with Coins.phās product roadmap, industry trends, and competitors. šSupport the onboarding of new enterprise partners by coordinating with internal teams.
What you'll need
šBachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). š3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consultant role, preferably in fintech, payments, or crypto/blockchain. šStrong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and enterprise IT environments. šExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. šAbility to quickly understand customer business needs and translate them into technical solutions. šExperience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. šKnowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital payments is a plus.
