Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Partner with sales in providing pre-sales solutions to customers, with the goal of closing deals. 📍Manage technical relationships with partners and third party integrators. 📍Engage customer C-level (CTO, CIO) for product strategy alignment and IT team for implementation discussions. 📍Design and architect secure, scalable, fault tolerant and cost-effective technical solutions for customers and/or third party vendors. 📍Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. product development, infrastructure, compliance) to determine the product modules and settings for the customers. 📍Provide timely feedback to product teams to ensure efficient implementation.
What We Look For In You
📍Experience in project management with financial institutions with complex scenarios. 📍Familiar with business requirements (e.g. compliance) and system architecture of bank and securities clients. 📍Excellent communication skills to explain technical solutions and lead cross-functional teams. 📍Experience in building strong rapport, empathy, and trust with clients. 📍Analytical ability to solve complex problems and break down into manageable components. 📍Bilingual in both English and Chinese to communicate with different stakeholders.
