📍Engage with potential clients and partners to understand their needs and challenges. 📍Design comprehensive web3 gaming solutions that address these needs, ensuring a seamless transition for gamers and studios into the web3 ecosystem. 📍Provide crucial support to the sales team by preparing and delivering presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that clearly communicate the value and uniqueness of our web3 gaming solutions. 📍Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launch events and campaigns for new games or features. 📍Develop and execute launch plans that include clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring a smooth rollout of new products. 📍Provide developers with ongoing technical and strategic support during and after the launch phase. 📍Proactively updating key partners on changes within the product set to optimise their gaming experiences. 📍Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of gaming trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. 📍Utilise this information to adapt presales strategies and offerings accordingly. 📍Cultivate and maintain relationships with gaming studios, technology partners, and other stakeholders. 📍Work collaboratively to explore and implement Immutable integrations that enhance player ownership and engagement. 📍Act as a conduit between the market and our product development teams. 📍Gather client, prospect, and partner feedback to inform and prioritise product enhancements and roadmap developments.
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝
📍At least three years in a client-facing technical role such as solutions architect, sales engineer, or integrations engineer in an API-based SaaS company or systems integrator. 📍The ability to comfortably discuss technical concepts and explain product features and API architecture. 📍Experience in designing solutions for business customers using API-based products, including technical and solutions architecture. 📍Experience designing API integrations for end-to-end business processes to achieve desired business outcomes. 📍Establish technical credibility during customer engagements with key Web3 game studio stakeholders, such as Founders, CTOs, Chief Architects, Product Designers, and Senior Developers. 📍Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
