Job Summary
StarkWare is looking for a Software Team Leader.
šIn this role, you'll lead a team of Backend engineers developing our core product. The initial period will be dedicated to pure hands-on work as part of the onboarding process: designing and developing complex high-performance, high-quality software, spanning across algorithms, application logic, and infrastructure. After this initial period and subject to performance, you will transition into leading a team. šOur system is built in a microservices architecture that interacts with external systems (such as the blockchain and our partnersā systems) and meets demanding performance, resilience, and security requirements. The code is written mostly in Rust and Python and utilizes continuous delivery and automated testing methodologies.
Requirements
šB.Sc. in Computer Science from a University (with a high GPA) š5+ years of development experience in a high-level object-oriented language (preference for Python and C++) šExperience building complex, high-scale, high-performance software šNatural curiosity, quick learner and great interpersonal skills šPassion for tech leadership and sharing knowledge
