Job Summary
Responsibilities
šLead a small team of blockchain core experts focusing on MEV services/mempool transactions for BSC šCreate offerings that leverage the profit validators gain, while creating offerings for searchers šDevelop and implement strategies to optimize performance šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support blockchain best solutions šProvide insight on best practices working with validators and traders in regards to BSC šPlay a pivotal role in increasing productivity, growth and engagement for the team šWork on special data analysis projects, as needed
Requirements
š2+ years experience in managing an Engineering team šAt least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems š3+ years experience in Blockchain in general š2+ years experience in Blockchain MEV šExperience with ETH or BSC MEV, including mev-boost and PBS šExpertise using Go language
