Job Summary
Responsibilities
đź“ŤLead a small team of blockchain core experts focusing on MEV services/mempool transactions for BSC đź“ŤCreate offerings that leverage the profit validators gain, while creating offerings for searchers đź“ŤDevelop and implement strategies to optimize performance đź“ŤCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support blockchain best solutions đź“ŤProvide insight on best practices working with validators and traders in regards to BSC đź“ŤPlay a pivotal role in increasing productivity, growth and engagement for the team đź“ŤWork on special data analysis projects, as needed
Requirements
đź“Ť2+ years experience in managing an Engineering team đź“ŤAt least 5 years of experience with designing, building, testing and implementing highly scalable and distributed backend systems đź“Ť3+ years experience in Blockchain in general đź“Ť2+ years experience in Blockchain MEV đź“ŤExperience with ETH or BSC MEV, including mev-boost and PBS đź“ŤExpertise using Go language
