Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
šWrite clean, maintainable code following team coding standards and best practices šImplement features and functionality based on technical specifications šDebug and resolve software defects with guidance from senior team members šDevelop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality šParticipate in code reviews to learn from experienced developers šSupport integration activities with APIs, databases, and external systems šDocument code and technical processes clearly šCollaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and QA teams šLearn and apply software development principles, design patterns, and fintech domain knowledge
What We Look for In You (Required Qualifications)
šBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) š0-5 years of professional software development experience (internships and academic projects count) šProficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java, or Rust) šUnderstanding of fundamental programming concepts: data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming šFamiliarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
