Job Summary
Your responsibilities will range from applying API design principles and conventions to tools and test frameworks, and test development, to writing documentation and developer feedback analysis.
Our team is headquartered in Berkeley, CA, not far from the UC Berkeley campus. We prefer a local candidate but have a vibrant team of remote engineers and are willing to consider remote work for this position.

A strong understanding of REST / RPC APIs and familiarity with popular cloud-based APIs Prior experience in open source projects and open source techniques of self-documenting such as swagger, and automated test and source code analysis. Fluency in JavaScript/Node.js and preferably Go, Rust Experience with functional test frameworks and performance benchmarking Experience in creating samples and API documentation An engineering degree or equivalent, and 2-5 years of experience in areas relevant to the areas stated above The intellect, curiosity, and confidence to collaborate on complex technical challenges Benefits
