Job Summary
What you can expect to work on:
šLead and mentor a team of engineers in multiple locations to deliver high-quality software solutions. šDefine and implement technical strategies and best practices for the development team. šDrive architectural decisions and ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of the platform. šPlan, prioritize, and manage the development pipeline to meet business objectives and deadlines. šCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of development efforts with product requirements. šMonitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery. šCollaborate with product management to define product roadmaps and translate requirements into technical specifications. šDrive innovation and continuous improvement in product features and functionality. šConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Requirements
š5-6 years experience as a software engineer, with a track record of leading projects šProficiency building SPA (e.g., React.js, Next.js on Vercel, JavaScript, TypeScript) or native mobile applications in either Android or iOS šProficiency in either Go, Python, or a JVM-based language such as Java, Kotlin šStrong understanding of Agile Methodologies šExcellent communication and problem-solving skills šPrior experience managing a team is a plus
