Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Actively manage and grow Anichess’ presence on X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social media channels Interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage DMs to build a strong community and increase engagement 📍Create high-quality content including posts, stories, and visuals such as GIFs, memes, and gameplay video recordings 📍Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and on-brand content 📍Implement growth hacking strategies to rapidly increase user base and engagement 📍Experiment with various tactics such as viral marketing, referral programs, and influencer partnerships 📍Analyze data to identify high-impact opportunities for growth and optimize campaigns accordingly 📍Optimize website, social media profiles and content for search engines to improve visibility 📍Conduct keyword research to identify and target relevant search terms 📍Use SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability and drive organic traffic 📍Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content 📍Provide regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements based on data 📍Assist with broadcasting and streaming during major tournaments and events 📍Promote live streams and engage with the audience in real-time to enhance the viewer experience
Requirements:
📍Proven track record as a Social Media Manager or similar role in Web3 or gaming 📍Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, particularly X, Instagram, and YouTube 📍Strong copywriting and written skills with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content 📍Strong understanding of growth hacking techniques and SEO best practices 📍Basic graphic design skills for creating visuals such as GIFs and memes 📍Experience with video creation and editing, particularly gameplay recordings is a plus 📍Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of chess is a plus 📍Ability to work independently and as part of a team
