Marathon Digital Holdings is focused on securing and supporting the development of the Bitcoin ecosystem by building one of the largest, most agile, and most sustainable bitcoin mining operations in the world. Weāre growing ā quickly. At the start of 2021, we were operating 2,060 miners that were producing 0.2 EH/s. By Mid 2023, we expect to have deployed approximately 199,000 miners producing approximately 23.3 EH/s, potentially representing 7% of the total network according to some estimates (source). Additionally, our objective is for our mining operations to be 100% carbon neutral by the end of this year. Job Summary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
šSupervising facility staff. šManaging power consumption for the mining site. šCoordinating with Technical team. šImplementing safety protocols. šCoordinating equipment maintenance and optimizing power usage. šCompliance with safety regulations. šManaging inventory. šMonitoring facility performance. šPromote safety, security and compliance in all aspects of facility operations. šOn call during emergencies. šCreating and reviewing KPIs for the team. šTravel may be required.

šMinimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a critical infrastructure environment. šProven experience as a facility supervisor, preferably in cryptocurrency mining. šStrong leadership qualities and hands on technical experience. šEffective strategic planning. šExperience in cryptocurrency mining operation. šThe ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. šCollaborating with other departments to achieve operational goals. šMust be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
