Job Summary
Requirements:
📍Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 📍Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer 📍Solid knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its modules, including 📍Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM), Case Management, Account management, Incident Management, Change Management, SLA Management, Service Catalog Management, ACL Management 📍Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and customization 📍Experience in ServiceNow workflows (Workflow editor and Flow designer), business rules, UI policies, and catalog development
Responsibilities
đź“ŤDevelop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirements. đź“ŤCustomize and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports. đź“ŤDevelop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, business rules, UI policies, Customer meta data uploads, implementation of new modules, system enhancements and script include. đź“ŤPerform ServiceNow administration tasks, including user management, role management, and security configurations.
