Job Summary
Requirements:
šBachelorās degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. šMinimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer šSolid knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its modules, including šCustomer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM), Case Management, Account management, Incident Management, Change Management, SLA Management, Service Catalog Management, ACL Management šProficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and customization šExperience in ServiceNow workflows (Workflow editor and Flow designer), business rules, UI policies, and catalog development
Responsibilities
šDevelop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirements. šCustomize and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports. šDevelop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, business rules, UI policies, Customer meta data uploads, implementation of new modules, system enhancements and script include. šPerform ServiceNow administration tasks, including user management, role management, and security configurations.
