You have:
📍Ideally 6-8 years experience of working within an agile software development team 📍Direct experience working within web3 (including freelancing or side projects) 📍Strong passion for Web3 and blockchain knowledge, ideally Ethereum 📍Experience in ES6+ JavaScript (TypeScript experience preferred) 📍Experience in CSS preprocessors like LESS or SCSS 📍Experience with Next.js, React, React Hooks, and Redux 📍Strong interpersonal skills that demonstrate empathy and the ability to distill technical concepts into digestible pieces 📍Working knowledge of webpack or similar tooling
