Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šStrategy & Leadership šDevelop and execute operational strategies that drive Bookit.com's rapid growth across travel, experiences, retail, and payments verticals šPartner with executive leadership to align operational initiatives with company objectives and growth targets, ensuring efficiency and cost optimization šSupport the CEO and Executive Team in serving our B2B2C brand clients and developing foundational partnerships across the travel and experiential industries šCross-Functional Operations šServe as primary liaison between Bookit.com leadership and its founding partners, (ONE Company, Starboard, Superlogic and affiliates) šCollaborate closely with our Product, Technology, Marketing, and Finance teams to optimize the Bookit.com platform for our brand clients and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience for our end users
Requirements
š10+ years scaling operations in high-growth online travel, e-commerce, or fintech š5+ years in executive leadership (VP+ with P&L responsibility) šProven success scaling multi-sided marketplaces with complex inventory management šStrong vendor and partner management experience at scale šTrack record with major online travel platforms (Expedia, Booking.com, Marriott, etc.), experiential companies, or startups preferred šExceptional leadership and team-building skills with experience growing cross-functional operations teams
