Job Summary
Requirements
šDevelop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that support Bookit's rapid growth across travel, experiences, retail, and payments verticals šPartner with executive leadership to align operational initiatives with business objectives and growth targets, driving efficiency and cost optimization šSupport the CEO and Executive Team in serving our B2B2C brand clients and developing foundational partnerships across the travel and experiential industries šServe as primary liaison between Bookit leadership and its founding partners, ONE Company, Starboard, Superlogic and other affiliated companies šCollaborate closely with our Product, Technology, Marketing, and Finance teams to optimize the Bookit platform for our brand clients and ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience for our end users šOversee Customer Service team to ensure reliable 24/7 customer support; develop business continuity plans in the event of travel disruptions, or other unforeseen events šOversee hiring, company goal setting, and personnel evaluation/development šFoster a culture of continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making; Establish and monitor key performance metrics across business units šStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in travel operations, e-commerce fulfillment, and experiential services šExecute with minimal oversight, with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges from concept through completion
Background
š10+ years of operations leadership experience with a proven track record in high-growth online travel, e-commerce, and/or fintech companies š5+ years in senior executive roles (VP+ level) with P&L responsibility and cross-functional team leadership experience šExperience with major online travel platforms (Expedia, Booking.com, Marriott, etc.), experiential companies, or high-growth startups preferred šDemonstrated success scaling operations in multi-sided marketplace environments with complex inventory management šExceptional leadership and team management capabilities with experience building and scaling operations teams šExperience managing vendor and partner relationships at scale
