Job Summary
What you will be responsible for:
šCreating and executing recruiting strategies that identify, qualify and hire highly technical and corporate talent šHands-on sourcing reaching out to passive candidates šConducting talent market mapping and analysis for a sustainable talent pipeline šDriving recruitment activities across multiple channels (direct applications, referrals, campus events, agencies, etc.) and managing those channels šSupporting business in the interview process to evaluating candidates for role suitability, team fit, and cultural alignment. šCrafting competitive compensation packages taking into consideration factors such as internal equity, job scoping and ensuring candidates are hired in at the appropriate level šEnsuring first in class candidate experience at every touchpoint. šLeveraging on tools such as LinkedIn talent insights to serve as a trusted advisor to business by providing data-driven recommendations to hiring teams. šPromoting company culture and enhancing the employer branding within the industry. šStaying updated on local labor legislation and ensuring compliance with employment laws. šContributing to HR process improvements and policies.
How you will stand out:
šBachelorās degree in human resources, Business, or related fields. šMinimum 8-10 years of recruitment experience with full-cycle recruiting and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). šCombination of inhouse and recruitment agency experience would be a plus šInterest in AI or blockchain industry is an advantage. šDemonstrates a resilient, dynamic & growth mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and adopt new technologies and practices.
