Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing
šOwn the growth campaigns roadmap for OKX SG by defining strategy, prioritization, and performance targets šLead the design, execution, and optimization of in-app and offline campaigns aimed at driving key outcomes such as AUM, trading volume, and product adoption šLeverage lifecycle segmentation, funnel analysis, and user segmentation analysis to identify conversion gaps, optimize segment-specific engagement strategies, and uncover growth opportunities šCollaborate with cross-functional product, operations, and control functions to ensure campaign design aligns with user journey logic, internal controls, and MAS regulatory expectations šTranslate growth insights into strategic recommendations, balancing short-term impact with longer-term engagement and brand credibility šPresent findings and proposals to senior stakeholders; track KPIs and build dashboards to maintain visibility into campaign performance
What We Look For In You
š5 ~ 8 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle operations, or product-led growth, preferably in fintech, crypto, or digital consumer platforms šDemonstrated ability to build and scale campaigns across the user lifecycle, from onboarding and engagement to retention and reactivation šStrategic thinker with strong data fluency ā able to translate metrics into action plans and tie growth experiments to business outcomes šHands-on experience with in-app messaging tools, campaign testing platforms, CRM/retention platforms, and product analytics šStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across product, legal, marketing, and leadership šComfort operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
