Job Summary
Responsibilities
šLead design of major software components, systems, and features šDesign, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve our core libraries šRedesign our existing software architecture to improve efficiency and scalability, as well as reducing time effort and potential for errors on future development šLeverage advanced algorithms and data structures to improve the speed and accuracy of our tick by tick backtesting research platform šInteract directly with traders to communicate technology changes, manage incidents and troubleshoot problems šContribute to technical discussions, code reviews and internal sharing šMentor and train other team members on design techniques and coding standards
Requirements
šBachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science or related field šSr: 5+ /Staff: 8+ years of strong hands-on programming experience using C++14 (not C-style C++) in linux environment šHands on technical leadership experience leading software engineers and setting technical direction šStrong understanding of computer systems, multithreading, networks, and performance optimization šExperience architecting and developing large-scale software systems šStrong written communication skills and intermediate English skills šPassion and curiosity for quant trading and cryptocurrency markets
