Job Summary
Responsibilities:
š Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for Ledger's consumer products and services; šLead cross-functional teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates; šCollaborate with product management, design, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product roadmap priorities and marketing initiatives; šConduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics; šCreate compelling marketing collateral, including website content, product videos, case studies, and other assets to effectively communicate the value proposition of Ledger's consumer products; šManage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, email, and affiliate marketing, to drive customer acquisition and retention; šTrack and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI; šStay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the crypto and digital assets space, and apply insights to inform marketing strategies and product roadmap decisions; šBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, influencers, and industry associations, to drive brand awareness and thought leadership in the crypto community; šProvide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
š Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred; šAt least 10 years of experience in consumer product marketing, with a focus on crypto and digital assets consumer services; šProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for consumer products in the crypto industry; š Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and digital asset management solutions; š Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive marketing decisions; šExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences; šDemonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports; šOrganized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment; šEntrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and driving growth in emerging markets; šExperience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus;
