Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šDesign and optimize high throughput order execution systems with sub-millisecond latency targets šBuild real time market data pipelines aggregating order books and price feeds from multiple exchanges šImplement position tracking with exchange reconciliation, risk limits, and multi account support šDevelop exchange connectivity using FIX 5.0+, WebSocket, and HTTP/2 protocols šProfile and eliminate latency hotspots using garbage free coding and lock free concurrency šImplement pre-trade risk controls, circuit breakers, and rate limiters
Qualifications
šSolid STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) education background. š5-8 years software development experience, preferably in trading/oms/latency sensitive systems šStrong Java 17+ proficiency with understanding of JVM internals and GC behavior šHands-on experience with FIX 5.0+, WebSocket, and HTTP/2 protocols šSolid multi-threaded programming and concurrent systems knowledge šUnderstanding of order lifecycle and market microstructure basics šStrong problem solving skills and attention to detail
