Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES
📍Be a key contributor to our ads product leveraging machine learning and building a data processing system 📍Mentor junior team members on best practices to approaching large ambiguous problems 📍Use and promote communicable paradigms such as SOLID to improve team and product quality 📍Migrate legacy systems to a scalable maintainable state
QUALIFICATIONS
📍Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent 📍5+ years of industry experience building distributed and scalable backend systems 📍Proficient in a backend language such as Javascript / Typescript on Node.js, Python, or PHP 📍Proficient knowledge of Postgres (AWS Aurora), Redis 📍Experience with distributed systems and relational databases 📍Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code
