Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDesign, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. šCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans. šWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. šConduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members to promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. šTroubleshoot and debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to ensure the reliability and stability of software systems. šStay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and improve development processes. šParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software increments. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the architecture, design, and development of new features and products.
Requirements
šBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. šProven experience as a Software Engineer or related role, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in software development. šStrong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C++. šSolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design principles, and design patterns. šExperience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and RESTful API design.
