Job Description:

📍Support monthly reporting processes within FP&A Software Business Unit. 📍Provide in-depth analytical support, including contract review for KPI reporting and forecasting. 📍Partner with Sales, the Billing team and Executive Leadership to ensure accurate revenue recognition. Identify key revenue drivers and problem areas and provide ad hoc support as required. 📍Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential risks and ensure timely invoicing, revenue recognition by collaborating with cross-functional teams. 📍Manage, review, and analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, providing insightful commentary. 📍Perform all month-end close related responsibilities including journal entry preparation, creation and distribution of Outlook, Actuals and Flash analysis. 📍Prepare complex reports and forecasts, including monthly and quarterly projections and analyze trends (Q/Q and Y/Y) to identify potential gaps and/or opportunities. 📍Work independently on projects within defined criteria, adhering to a strict calendar of deliverables. 📍Continuously evaluate processes and identify opportunities for improvement and streamlining. 📍Maintain a positive and collaborative approach as a key member of the FP&A team.

Qualifications:

📍BA in Finance, Accounting, Organizational Sciences, or related field. 📍Software Revenue recognition knowledge and experience 📍4+ years of experience in financial analysis, revenue operations, or business operations. 📍Advanced Excel skills, including strong proficiency in Power Query. 📍Proficiency in financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). 📍Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. 📍Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
