Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

📍Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and community growth. 📍Create, curate, and manage all published content, including Retweets/Reshares, that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice. 📍Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement. 📍Engage actively with our community by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with followers to build a positive brand image. 📍Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the crypto and Web3 space. 📍Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain cohesive brand messaging across all channels. 📍Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgets, and track performance metrics. 📍Produce and edit short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

What You'll Need

📍Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the crypto or Web3 industry (3-5 years of work experience). 📍Expertise in using X (Twitter) and understanding its dynamics. 📍Strong understanding of the crypto and Web3 ecosystem, trends, and best practices. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for community engagement and brand storytelling. 📍Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 📍Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools. 📍Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. 📍Basic video editing skills for TikTok and Reels.
