Job Summary
What You Will Do
📍Identify key stakeholders and influencers within target businesses to explore new opportunities. 📍Engage within the Fintech landscape across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore, seeking award prospects and networking occasions. 📍Conduct weekly ventures such as prospecting, networking, workshops, and support meetings to attract new clients and maintain customer satisfaction. 📍Carry out market research to spot new opportunities for business and keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends. 📍Assess client's needs, pinpoint underlying issues, and suggest suitable remedies. 📍Establish new customer bases in countries such as Japan, Korea, Thailand. 📍Offer both pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, making sure to understand their needs and match them with the right products or services. 📍Put strategies into action to keep our relationships with clients strong and to make sure we're meeting their expectations. 📍Pursue continuous learning and personal growth, staying updated on financial and Fintech product advancements.
What You Will Need
📍3-5 years of experience in a Sales or client-centric role. Experience in the Fintech industry would be a plus, but it's not mandatory. 📍Familiarity with back-office platforms such as Webtrader, Apex, or similar systems. 📍Open to frequent travel within Asia, and yearly trips to the USA.
