Job Summary

How you will make an impact

šŸ“Collaborate closely with account executives to meet with client-side product managers and tech leads to understand their needs and position Figmentā€™s staking solutions effectively šŸ“Conduct live demonstrations of the Figment products to showcase functionality and capabilities šŸ“Lead technical discovery, solution design, and implementation šŸ“Gather client feedback and collaborate with Product to refine Figmentā€™s offerings šŸ“Serve as the client's trusted technical resource for all staking-related inquiries, offering expert guidance and support on both the product and protocol level šŸ“Maintain timely communication and follow-up with clients to address any questions or concerns, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction šŸ“Develop and maintain technical documentation and POCs

Who you are

šŸ“A self-starter with a proactive mindset, eager to tackle complex technical challenges and take full ownership of solutions šŸ“Strong understanding of and passion for crypto and staking šŸ“Extensive experience as a sales engineer, solutions architect, or similar šŸ“Proficient in at least one programming language and basic JS scripting skills šŸ“Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences šŸ“Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders šŸ“Proficiency in conducting live product demonstrations šŸ“Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment šŸ“Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations with ease
