Job Description
šAnalyze purchasing requests for all group companies and manage the RFP (Request for Approval) processes, šEnsure that open orders are delivered on time and correctly, šPrepare, track, and finalize the necessary documentation for purchases, šEnsure supplier diversity and research prices for each material and service group, šPrepare periodic reports on procurement details and budgets, šEnter all activities into the system, ensuring that they are documented according to the companyās quality procedures and processes, šDevelop and manage a supplier portfolio, šCommunicate with suppliers to review costs and contract terms, track contracts, and ensure that purchasing processes are implemented on time as per the recorded procedures, šManage license administration, security compliance, and control asset costs, šPlan standard supplier contracts, šEnsure the proper management of budget processes for project-based planning.
