Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Support policies, procedures, and guidelines on AML transaction monitoring alerts and rule settings 📍Develop and manage the product roadmap for AML and transaction monitoring products 📍Conduct research and risk analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements 📍Work closely with stakeholders, including compliance and legal teams, to ensure that our product meets all regulatory requirements and standards and issues are resolved timely. 📍Identify and analyze alerting trends and compliance needs and drive efficiencies in operations 📍Apply strong technical experience and knowledge of both fiat and crypto transaction monitoring systems, to the development and enhancement of relevant typologies, rules & scenarios, and red flags 📍Apply regulatory and AML/CTF compliance expertise to identify opportunities for program enhancement and to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions. 📍Work across multiple lines of business to lead complex projects, including large scale data analytic efforts that require high attention to detail and accuracy, while managing competing priorities.
What We Look For In You
📍6+ years experience in financial services, FinTech, or cryptocurrency industries. 📍Knowledge and understanding of financial services regulation, compliance policies, standards, and procedures. 📍Strong analytical and research skills, with significant experience in drafting compliance related documentation and reporting to cross-functional stakeholders 📍Analytical and metrics-driven mindsight to create substantiated solutions 📍Strong writing and oral communications skills 📍Strong technical background and the ability to understand complex technical concepts 📍Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with colleagues across regions and business units. 📍Self-motivated, critical thinker, organized, detail oriented, results driven, and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks.
