Job Summary
Responsibilities
šCollaborate closely with key team leaders to develop a strategic-level product vision and service scenarios šConduct product launches to internal sales and marketing teams, highlighting how the product meets the needs of end-users šDevelop long-term marketing strategies around the product and technical architecture šGather and track information, including market intelligence, competitor information, industry research, and customer needs analysis šClassify and segment the target customer groups, determining the initial core positioning and unique selling points of the product šEvangelize the value proposition of the product to the business expansion and sales teams, collaborating with them to develop customers. This includes engaging and educating high-end customers and expanding strategic partnerships šMaintain close communication and collaboration with the marketing team, especially brand promotion, PR, and marketing managers. This includes planning conferences, defining media news release strategies, and identifying sponsorship levels for different events (such as the need for speaking engagements) šIntegrate the companyās product launch strategy with overall marketing activities to accelerate the generation of sales leads and demand. šDrive and lead product launch projects, leveraging them to enhance the companyās thought leadership and perception of technical superiority šDevelop sales tools to enhance the efficiency of frontline teams, including presentation materials, customized proposals, FAQs šDevelop product marketing materials, such as case studies, specification sheets, whitepapers, product descriptions, FAQs, feature sheets, competitive comparisons, and materials required for the companyās official website šTake full responsibility for the planning of product launches, working closely with the marketing and product management teams to ensure successful product launches. Establish communication processes across multiple functional departments or business units šDrive and monitor the marketing teamās reach and influence on target audiences, conducting demand exploration šDevelop training materials for product promotion and customer education needs
Requirements
šBA/BS degree or equivalent š10+ years of working experience in Finance, Fintech š3+ years of experience in the crypto/blockchain-related industry (e.g.: crypto exchange, P2P, wallet, stablecoins, etc) šAdvanced English fluency šHaving an understanding of tools or methods required for visually expressing marketing content, such as PowerPoint presentations, whitepapers, webpages, videos, etc šHaving excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail šHaving extensive experience in delivering speeches and conducting demo presentations šHaving strong cross-departmental communication skills šDemonstrating a high level of auto
