Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDevelop and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap for the payments product stack in alignment with company goals. šHelp define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives. šParticipate in all stages of the product life cycle, from conception through launch, and ensure continuous delivery of valuable solutions to our customers. šConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. šGather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions. šStay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies. šWork closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products. šEnsure alignment and effective communication across all teams. šFacilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive product development. šSet and track key performance metrics to measure product success. šAnalyze product performance and identify areas for improvement. šImplement data-driven decision-making processes.
Requirements
šMinimum of 5+ years experience in Product Management, specifically building Payments products. šStrong background in FinTech, payments, blockchain, or financial markets, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these sectors. šProven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management. šAbility to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams šExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and actionable tasks. šDemonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills ā you can string together a SQL query šExperience with testing/integrating to APIs
