Job Summary
Your day-to-day
šOnboarding strategy: šDefine and execute a roadmap for user onboarding workflows, focusing on seamless provisioning and activation of core business functions. šDesign and implement automated rules and policies for risk, compliance, privacy, and legal requirements, ensuring adherence to global regulatory standards. šWork with engineering teams to design APIs that enable seamless onboarding and provisioning, ensuring scalability and reliability. šDrive scalable adoption in partnership with engineering and commercial teams: šUse analytics to track onboarding performance, identify pain points, and optimize workflows to improve user success rates and satisfaction. šCollaborate with internal teams to address potential risks and ensure onboarding processes meet security, legal, and compliance standards.
What you need to bring
š8+ years of product and platform experience. šHands-on experience with APIs, automation tools, and backend systems related to onboarding and customer provisioning. šProven experience working with risk, legal, privacy, and compliance teams to design and implement secure, compliant workflows. šStrong understanding of online and in-person checkout experiences, digital wallets, and payment systems. šKnowledge of global regulatory frameworks, including GDPR, PSD2, and AML/KYC requirements.
