šŸ“Onboarding strategy: šŸ“Define and execute a roadmap for user onboarding workflows, focusing on seamless provisioning and activation of core business functions. šŸ“Design and implement automated rules and policies for risk, compliance, privacy, and legal requirements, ensuring adherence to global regulatory standards. šŸ“Work with engineering teams to design APIs that enable seamless onboarding and provisioning, ensuring scalability and reliability. šŸ“Drive scalable adoption in partnership with engineering and commercial teams: šŸ“Use analytics to track onboarding performance, identify pain points, and optimize workflows to improve user success rates and satisfaction. šŸ“Collaborate with internal teams to address potential risks and ensure onboarding processes meet security, legal, and compliance standards.

What you need to bring

šŸ“8+ years of product and platform experience. šŸ“Hands-on experience with APIs, automation tools, and backend systems related to onboarding and customer provisioning. šŸ“Proven experience working with risk, legal, privacy, and compliance teams to design and implement secure, compliant workflows. šŸ“Strong understanding of online and in-person checkout experiences, digital wallets, and payment systems. šŸ“Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks, including GDPR, PSD2, and AML/KYC requirements.
