Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Responsible for the design, implementation, promotion of in-house human resources systems with compliance, safety and risk management capabilities 📍Keep tracking industry trends and research on related products , keep optimizing all systems and modulesd 📍Coordinate internal and external resources, analyze business efficiency, establish stable processes to improve delivery efficiency and quality
What We Look For In You
📍Major in Computer Science\Finance\Human Resources\Management, with a Bachelor's degree or above, and at least 3 years of experience in Human 📍Resources system construction and international compliance 📍A good understanding of the internal data compliance, data security, and compliance culture construction process of the enterprise. Be able to improve enterprise compliance and security with an in-house system 📍Able to use Chinese and English as working languages 📍Having good business understanding and insight abilities, able to collaborate with multiple departments, regions, and produce complete solutions with innovation and business workflow 📍Excellent logical mind and communication skills. 📍Being flexible, self driven, and proactive, skilled in team cooperation
