Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šOversee the design and implementation of the user interface to ensure a user-friendly and engaging experience. šManage the integration of a wide range of casino options to ensure diversity and quality. šForm partnerships with software providers for a variety of reliable and innovative casino content. šEnsure adherence to all regulatory standards and obtain necessary licenses for operation. šImplement stringent security protocols to safeguard user data and maintain a secure betting environment. šCollaborate with payment processors to offer secure and varied payment options. šMonitor and enhance platform performance, promptly resolving technical issues to ensure consistent uptime and customer satisfaction. šStay attuned to market trends and customer feedback to continually refine and improve the platform. šPlan for scalability, ensuring the platform is capable of handling growing traffic and transactions. šDemonstrated success in launching and managing casino products, with a deep understanding of casino mechanics and technologies. šStrong analytical skills, with experience in utilizing data to make informed product decisions. šExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. šA passion for casino and a deep understanding of the casino customer journey.
Qualifications:
šPrevious Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on casino products within the iGaming industry. šStrong Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of casino operations, including knowledge of odds, game mechanics, and player behavior. šTechnical Acumen: Familiarity with web and mobile technologies, APIs, and software development processes, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams. šAnalytical Mindset: Proficient in data-driven decision-making and experienced in leveraging analytics tools to gain insights and drive product improvements. šStrategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and develop innovative product strategies to gain a competitive advantage. šExcellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. šTeam Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing competing priorities, and driving projects to successful completion. šAdaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities and the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances.
