Job Summary
Your Opportunity
šCollaborating with a cross-functional team of frontend and backend engineers, tech producers, product specialists, and more to build and maintain the MSquared Platform. šDesigning and implementing user-facing features using React and related Web technologies, ensuring smooth and intuitive user experiences. šEngaging with tech producers and leadership to understand user needs, define feature requirements, and transform these into practical, scalable solutions. šIterating rapidly on feedback to ensure that products meet user expectations and deliver real impact. šContributing to the product roadmap, helping to define the vision and strategy for the platform, and offering insights as a key technical voice within the team. šMaking effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation.

šProven experience building products with a focus on delivering user value and intuitive, seamless user experiences. šExpertise in React (or similar frontend frameworks) and proficiency in modern Web technologies like TypeScript, HTML, CSS. šPassion for virtual worlds, technology, and a keen interest in industry trends shaping the future of the metaverse and Web3. šStrong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams. šA prototyping and rapid iteration mindset, comfortable delivering solutions quickly, iterating based on feedback, and evolving features to maximise impact. šDemonstrated ability to context-switch between various projects, collaborating across product and engineering teams. šExperience with any major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) is beneficial, but not required.
