Job Summary

Your day to day

šŸ“In your day to day role you will: šŸ“Lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap and prioritization for Fastlane, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. šŸ“Collaborate closely with software and platform engineering, data science, and internal product teams to deliver high-quality checkout solutions. šŸ“Drive the product optimization process, from ideation and requirements gathering to execution and launch. šŸ“Analyze consumer and merchant feedback, market trends, competitive data and conversion funnels to continuously improve the product and identify new opportunities. šŸ“Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. šŸ“Work closely with all the Checkout PMs, Identity, and the core integrations team to manage Branded checkout consumer and merchant use cases (including Auth Rate improvements, error handling, Geo expansion and vertical specific use cases etc). šŸ“Monitor and report on the success of product initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform future development. šŸ“Prioritize and execute on the existing maintenance/optimization of the legacy platforms, including bugs, new feature requests. šŸ“Provide the right level of support and direction to keep the product and engineering team working efficiently and aligned with the overall product strategy šŸ“Participate in regular cadences (stand up's, retrospective, planning meetings) and be engaged with the team throughout the product life cycle.

What do you need to bring

šŸ“MBA or advanced degree preferred. šŸ“8+ years of product management experience or other relevant experience (preferably in Fintech/Payments). šŸ“Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, prioritize feature trade-offs, and identify new opportunities with technical team members. šŸ“Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience (developers, engineers, data scientists, product managers and senior business leaders). šŸ“Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
