Job Summary
What You Will Do:
📍Ensure achievement of Service Level Benchmarks including Productivity, Quality, and Turnaround Time (TAT). 📍Execute controls testing activities in accordance with established processes, procedures, and compliance guidelines. 📍Maintain adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and client-specific standards of the assigned project. 📍Identify and support process improvement initiatives to strengthen control effectiveness and operational efficiency. 📍Collaborate across teams and contribute to projects within Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets domains.
What You Will Need:
📍Bachelor’s or master’s degree. 📍3–6 years of controls testing experience in the BFSI sector, preferably in Banking /Mortgage/ Credit/ Financial Services operations (not mandatory). 📍Completion of at least one performance appraisal cycle. 📍Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. 📍Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 📍High level of critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical ability. 📍Willingness to work overtime, night shifts, and weekends based on business requirements. 📍Flexibility to engage in multiple projects across diverse workstreams.
