Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Validate opportunities and identify solutions – 10% 📍Work with process owners to complete the business use case template Map the As-Is process – 35% 📍Map As-Is process 📍Identify and collect process specific metrics and measures 📍Facilitate functional requirements gathering and process design / optimization 📍Design the To-Be process and obtain stakeholder approval – 25% Once the solution has been Implemented, assist with training users on the new processes and/or technology. Once implemented and trained, signoff from internal client – 10% 📍Receive, triage, and track/complete maintenance and enhancement requests – 20%
Who You Are
📍Ability to understand and adhere to Horizon Media’s culture, direction, structure, and policies, and to use that knowledge to drive the CoE’s goals of identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions for them. 📍 2.5+ years relevant overall experience 📍 Media experience is beneficial 📍 Excellent ability to document processes and procedures 📍Capacity to organize, prioritize and solve multiple issues simultaneously in a timely and efficient manner 📍 Strong desire to help others with a positive attitude, excellent problem solving, strong communication, and organizational skills 📍 Excellent ability to communicate technical subject matter to non-technical clients 📍 Superior project and time management skills 📍 Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and quality 📍Ability to effectively communicate with vendors 📍 English proficiency and excellent grammatical, writing, and editorial skills are required 📍 Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
