Job Summary

In this role, you will:

📍People Operations & Compliance 📍Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive employee experience. 📍Own and execute onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless and compliant experience for all team members. 📍Administer and maintain our HRIS system (Personio), ensuring accurate, confidential, and legally compliant employee data and supporting analytics/reporting needs. 📍Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulatory frameworks, and internal policies. 📍Update and enforce internal policies, procedures, and handbooks to reflect best practices and legal standards.

What you need to be successful:

📍4–6 years of experience in People Operations or HR, ideally in a fast-paced, international, and remote-first startup or scale-up environment. 📍In-depth knowledge of Lithuanian labor law; knowledge of German labor law is a strong advantage. 📍A people-first mindset with strong emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for supporting employee growth and wellbeing. 📍Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. 📍Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills. 📍A team player who enjoys collaboration and ownership alike. 📍Fluency in English; Knowledge in German is a plus 📍Experience with HRIS and ATS systems—Personio experience is a strong plus.
