Job Summary
In this role, you will:
šDefine and execute on strategic initiatives for the Billing and Collections team, driving efficiency, accuracy and scalability in our processes through continuous improvement and innovation. šLead and grow a high performing team, including driving organizational design, development tracks, and vendor management. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability and empathy. šBuild robust system and processes that enable us to scale with our business and customers šLeverage data and analytics to identify root causes of issues, uncover opportunities for process improvements, and develop comprehensive action plans to address them. šPartner with cross-functional teams across OpenAI to identify challenges and opportunities, drive solutions, and shape the overall experience for OpenAI customers.
You might thrive in this role if you:
šHave 8+ years of experience in leading Billing, Collections and Operations teams, ideally in tech startups with a mix of B2C and B2B products and strong understanding of Quote to Cash. šPossess operational knowledge of ASC 606 šDemonstrate a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams, including managing offshore excellence centers. šHave experience leading large-scale strategic and operational initiatives, and building strong relationships with cross-functional teams šOperate with high horsepower and ownership, showing a proactive approach to picking up new knowledge and tackling tasks to ensure your teamās success. šAre comfortable using data-driven insights to design and implement process improvements
