Job Summary
Responsibilities include:
šPlan and conduct audits across key financial, operational, and technology areas in alignment with the internal audit plan. šEvaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management practices across business processes and systems. šAssess the adequacy of governance and compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. šReview critical systems and platforms supporting the business to ensure appropriate control design, security, and operational integrity. šSupport the assessment of new initiatives, technology projects, and system implementations from a risk and controls perspective.
What you Bring to the Table:
š8-10 years of internal audit or assurance experience, with proven capability in both financial/operational and technology risk domains. šPrior experience in a top-tier public accounting or consulting firm (Big 4 or equivalent) is strongly preferred. šCPA designation is required; additional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CISM are a strong advantage. šDeep understanding of blockchain architecture, DeFi platforms, crypto custody models, and the related IT control landscape.
