Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Complete a variety of tasks related to the maintenance of our properties, including but not limited to the following: Painting 📍Carpentry and drywall repair 📍Caulking and refinishing 📍Light masonry work and bricklaying 📍Appliance installations, repair, and maintenance (that do not require a specialized license) 📍Fixture and hardware installations (that do not require a specialized license) 📍General repairs and maintenance 📍Perform handyman repairs 📍Plumbing repairs (e.g., leaks, clogs, fixture replacement)
Qualifications
📍High school diploma or equivalent, technical or vocational training preferred
📍Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a maintenance or facilities technician
📍Proven experience in mentoring or training junior team members
📍Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
📍Ability to work independently and as part of a team
📍Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
📍Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
📍Detail-oriented and a proactive problem solver
📍Ability to be flexible with work schedule and open to working (or being on-call) some weekends as business requires
