Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Team Leadership 📍Supervise, train, and mentor a growing team of maintenance technicians 📍Schedule and assign work orders, ensuring timely completion and quality standards 📍Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback 📍Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications
📍5-7 years of experience residential maintenance, in particular across a portfolio of 100+ units 📍Previous management experience required 📍Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. 📍Extensive knowledge of residential maintenance 📍Experience in project management 📍Ability to be flexible with work schedule and open to working (or being on-call) some weekends as business requires
