Job Summary
What You Will Be Doing:
šDesign and develop comprehensive learning modules and instructional materials using both traditional and modern training methods and technologies šFacilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for diverse employees across different levels within the organization šCoordinate and manage end-to-end learning and development programs, ensuring they are delivered effectively and meet the set objectives šCollaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs that address those needs while aligning with the companyās strategic goals. It would be advantageous to have previous experience collaborating with engineering teams šWork closely with the other teams and assist them in the administration of mandatory training šLead the evaluation of training programsā effectiveness, leveraging feedback and performance data to improve content and delivery methods continuously šStay abreast of the latest trends in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches and best practices into our L&D initiatives šMentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth šManage external vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality resources and cost-effective solutions are utilized šCreate routine and ad-hoc reports on Talent Growth activities and programs šAssists across employee engagement initiatives
What Makes You Stand Out:
šBachelorās degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field. A masterās degree is preferred šA minimum of 4 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, and training facilitation in a corporate organizational setting šProven track record in designing and developing engaging instructional materials for various learning modalities šStrong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners šProficiency in spoken English and exceptional writing skills in the language šWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) šExcellent organizational and program management skills šStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
