Job Summary
Qualifications:
š5-10 years of work experience in Investor Relations department šBachelorās degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. CAIA or CFA designation is a plus. šPrevious experience in investor relations, client services, or related roles within the financial services industry, preferably with experience in hedge funds, venture funds or alternative investments. šProven relationship-building skills with the ability to interact effectively with investors, colleagues, and external stakeholders. šExceptional verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills šExcellent personnel, project management, and time management skills šExperience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), Salesforce, tech savvy šAttention to detail and concern for quantitative accuracy šKnowledgeable and passionate about blockchain/cryptocurrency technology a plus
Responsibilities:
šPromptly and accurately address investor inquiries and requests. šActively lead investor and prospective investor calls, providing insightful information and guidance regarding Pantera Funds and the crypto markets. šFacilitate seamless processing and reconciliation of capital activity (subscriptions, redemptions, and transfer requests), ensuring accuracy and efficiency. šMaintaining the firmās CRM with investor information šCollaborate closely with the finance and marketing departments to ensure alignment in messaging, strategy, and ad-hoc requests. šParticipate in the co-investment process; includes collaboration with the investment team on co-investment memos, LP outreach and reconciliation of interest and cash flows. šPlay an integral role in the due diligence process with both existing and prospective investors, providing comprehensive analysis and support.
