Job Summary
Key responsibilities:
šManage the full-cycle recruitment process for business and technical roles, from role intake to new employee onboarding. šDevelop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent using various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, networking, etc. šConduct thorough candidate screenings (phone, video, and in-person interviews) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. šPartner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, define job requirements, and develop effective interview processes. šPartner closely with finance on hiring targets and budgets. šDrive the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and extending offers. šEnsure the best candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle; timely feedback loops and process updates are required. šTrack and report on key recruitment metrics in Greenhouse (ATS). šEnsure that hiring managers and interview teams are engaging with Greenhouse seamlessly for each process. šStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting. šBecome an expert on Publicās business model and team culture; you will contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote our company as an employer of choice.
What weāre looking for:
