Job Summary

Key responsibilities:

šŸ“Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for business and technical roles, from role intake to new employee onboarding. šŸ“Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent using various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, networking, etc. šŸ“Conduct thorough candidate screenings (phone, video, and in-person interviews) to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. šŸ“Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, define job requirements, and develop effective interview processes. šŸ“Partner closely with finance on hiring targets and budgets. šŸ“Drive the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and extending offers. šŸ“Ensure the best candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle; timely feedback loops and process updates are required. šŸ“Track and report on key recruitment metrics in Greenhouse (ATS). šŸ“Ensure that hiring managers and interview teams are engaging with Greenhouse seamlessly for each process. šŸ“Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting. šŸ“Become an expert on Publicā€™s business model and team culture; you will contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote our company as an employer of choice.

What weā€™re looking for:

šŸ“5-7 years experience recruiting for high growth organizations šŸ“A proven track record for successfully identifying, engaging, and hiring top notch talent. šŸ“Ability to source talent and clearly communicate the benefits of joining Public.com šŸ“Strong understanding of recruiting best practices šŸ“Some technology knowledge (different coding languages/technical stacks/terminology) šŸ“A go getter!
