Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Strategy & Market Insight 📍Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to develop a deep understanding of target users' needs, pain points, and behaviors. 📍Continuously monitor market and product trends, generating forward-looking strategic reports to inform product planning and positioning. 📍Be responsible for competitor analysis, producing regular reports to help the team maintain a competitive edge. 📍 Product Planning & Execution 📍Based on data and insights, lead the planning, design, and implementation of growth-oriented product features and tools (e.g., referral programs, onboarding flows, personalized recommendations). 📍Define the product roadmap, write clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), manage the product backlog, and prioritize features. 📍Lead cross-functional teams (including Development, Design, and QA) to drive the end-to-end product development process, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. 📍 Product Marketing & Go-to-Market 📍Work closely with Marketing and Content teams to develop go-to-market strategies, key messaging, and marketing plans for new feature launches and core product promotions. 📍Ensure the core value of the product is accurately and effectively communicated to the target audience, maximizing the impact and user acquisition results of every launch. 📍 Data Analysis & Optimization 📍Collaborate with the BI team to establish and refine the product growth data monitoring system, defining and tracking key KPIs. 📍Perform in-depth analysis of user behavior data, conduct cohort studies, measure feature performance, and use data-driven insights to continuously iterate and optimize product strategy for improved user retention and engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
📍Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years focused on user growth or product marketing. A proven track record of successful growth initiatives is highly preferred. 📍Core Competencies: 📍Market Acumen: Strong insight into market dynamics and user psychology. 📍Data-Driven: Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in using SQL or data analysis tools for decision-making. 📍Product Craft: Mastery of product design and project management processes, with outstanding PRD writing skills. 📍Collaborative Leadership: Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively. 📍Personal Attributes: 📍Results-oriented with a strong passion for growth and a high degree of self-motivation.
