Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šStrategy & Market Insight šConduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to develop a deep understanding of target users' needs, pain points, and behaviors. šContinuously monitor market and product trends, generating forward-looking strategic reports to inform product planning and positioning. šBe responsible for competitor analysis, producing regular reports to help the team maintain a competitive edge. š Product Planning & Execution šBased on data and insights, lead the planning, design, and implementation of growth-oriented product features and tools (e.g., referral programs, onboarding flows, personalized recommendations). šDefine the product roadmap, write clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), manage the product backlog, and prioritize features. šLead cross-functional teams (including Development, Design, and QA) to drive the end-to-end product development process, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. š Product Marketing & Go-to-Market šWork closely with Marketing and Content teams to develop go-to-market strategies, key messaging, and marketing plans for new feature launches and core product promotions. šEnsure the core value of the product is accurately and effectively communicated to the target audience, maximizing the impact and user acquisition results of every launch. š Data Analysis & Optimization šCollaborate with the BI team to establish and refine the product growth data monitoring system, defining and tracking key KPIs. šPerform in-depth analysis of user behavior data, conduct cohort studies, measure feature performance, and use data-driven insights to continuously iterate and optimize product strategy for improved user retention and engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
šEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years focused on user growth or product marketing. A proven track record of successful growth initiatives is highly preferred. šCore Competencies: šMarket Acumen: Strong insight into market dynamics and user psychology. šData-Driven: Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in using SQL or data analysis tools for decision-making. šProduct Craft: Mastery of product design and project management processes, with outstanding PRD writing skills. šCollaborative Leadership: Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively. šPersonal Attributes: šResults-oriented with a strong passion for growth and a high degree of self-motivation.
