Job Summary

You'll Do:

šŸ“1. Marketing Campaign Execution and Optimization šŸ“Spearhead the strategy and execution of sophisticated marketing campaigns to reach and acquire target B2B partners through our partner channels (including mortgage lenders, banks and credit unions) and hit aggressive SQO targets šŸ“Tactics such as email marketing, webinars, digital marketing, social media marketing, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, and event promotion and follow-up campaigns šŸ“Identify and leverage optimal channels to drive awareness, engage, and acquire partners across all B2B verticals šŸ“Collaborate with sales and content teams to develop positioning and messaging that is targeted and relevant to each partnership vertical šŸ“Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-backed and qualitatively relevant optimizations šŸ“Implement lead scoring and nurturing workflows in Hubspot šŸ“. Sales Enablement and Partner Engagement šŸ“Partner closely with the sales team to develop and maintain marketing collateral, including for new products and upsell motions šŸ“Partner with with the sales and partner success teams to drive partner adoption of the Figure product suite post-sale šŸ“Ensure all messaging is consistent, compliant with industry regulations, technically accurate, and compelling! šŸ“Adapt marketing materials to address specific partner value propositions, use cases, and pain points

What We Look For:

šŸ“6+ years of experience in B2B Marketing šŸ“Mortgage industry, lending, and financial technology experience is a big plus šŸ“4+ years of experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub and best-in-class marketing automation tools with stand-up campaigns, reporting, campaign management processes, and attribution from scratch šŸ“Proven experience in implementing and managing ABM strategies Problem solver, willing to get their hands dirty. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically šŸ“Understanding of marketing compliance requirements šŸ“Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for various audiences and the ability to build content for all partnership verticals across multiple channels šŸ“Deep understanding and ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize projects, conceptualize ideas and solutions for marketing challenges, and more šŸ“Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills and track record - this is by definition a cross-functional role that will partner not only with our sales and partnership teams but also with our product, engineering, legal, and capital markets teams šŸ“Excellent attention to detail, follow through, and adequate sense of urgency šŸ“Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriately
