Job Summary
You'll Do:
š1. Marketing Campaign Execution and Optimization šSpearhead the strategy and execution of sophisticated marketing campaigns to reach and acquire target B2B partners through our partner channels (including mortgage lenders, banks and credit unions) and hit aggressive SQO targets šTactics such as email marketing, webinars, digital marketing, social media marketing, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, and event promotion and follow-up campaigns šIdentify and leverage optimal channels to drive awareness, engage, and acquire partners across all B2B verticals šCollaborate with sales and content teams to develop positioning and messaging that is targeted and relevant to each partnership vertical šContinuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-backed and qualitatively relevant optimizations šImplement lead scoring and nurturing workflows in Hubspot š. Sales Enablement and Partner Engagement šPartner closely with the sales team to develop and maintain marketing collateral, including for new products and upsell motions šPartner with with the sales and partner success teams to drive partner adoption of the Figure product suite post-sale šEnsure all messaging is consistent, compliant with industry regulations, technically accurate, and compelling! šAdapt marketing materials to address specific partner value propositions, use cases, and pain points
What We Look For:
š6+ years of experience in B2B Marketing šMortgage industry, lending, and financial technology experience is a big plus š4+ years of experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub and best-in-class marketing automation tools with stand-up campaigns, reporting, campaign management processes, and attribution from scratch šProven experience in implementing and managing ABM strategies Problem solver, willing to get their hands dirty. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically šUnderstanding of marketing compliance requirements šClear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for various audiences and the ability to build content for all partnership verticals across multiple channels šDeep understanding and ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize projects, conceptualize ideas and solutions for marketing challenges, and more šExcellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills and track record - this is by definition a cross-functional role that will partner not only with our sales and partnership teams but also with our product, engineering, legal, and capital markets teams šExcellent attention to detail, follow through, and adequate sense of urgency šAbility to simultaneously manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriately
